Complaints and Concerns Policy

Family Language School welcomes suggestions and comments from parents and takes seriously any complaints or concerns that parents may have. Parents should be notified of this issue as soon as possible so that they have an opportunity to correct the problem and explain the school’s position before it becomes a serious problem.

Family Language School strives to deal with complaints fairly, openly, consistently and honestly. We will carefully consider all complaints and handle them as quickly as possible. We aim to resolve grievances through dialogue and mutual understanding, and in all cases put the child’s best interests above other issues. ”
